Hi, I'm Binay, a professional Ayurvedic massage therapist based in North Goa.
My work is focused on helping people relax, recover from stress, and bring their body back into natural balance through traditional Ayurvedic massage therapies.
I believe that when the body receives proper care, relaxation, and attention, it naturally begins to heal itself.

Training in Kerala
I received my Ayurvedic massage training in Kerala, India — the birthplace of Ayurveda.
